Boutique-style estate and letting agent Garton Jones is gearing up for an appearance on national TV claiming five honours in the 2016 Property Division Industry Experts Awards, including three golds.
The London-based business, which has offices in Westminster, Nine Elms, Chelsea Bridge Wharf and Royal Arsenal, won the Medium-sized Estate Agency Blog of the Year, Agency Website and Agency Twitter Page categories in addition to silver awards in the Best Agency Blog Post and Best Agency Facebook Page categories.
All 11 property businesses to gain gold awards have invitations to appear on Property TV’s Property Panorama show, which is filming an episode about the Industry Experts Awards in the near future.
But the ultimate winner in the Property Division Awards is digital marketing.
As Nelly Berova, CEO of Art Division – the company behind Property Division – explains: “We launched the Industry Experts to recognise industry professionals and organisations that have achieved excellence in their marketing and communications strategies and generated inspiring concepts that promote the industry as a whole.”
Of the 35 companies to win an award in the 15 categories, other stand-out achievements include Lancashire-based estate and letting agent JDG, which scooped gold in both the Best Agency Facebook Page and Small-sized Agency Blog of the Year categories.
Meanwhile, Winkworth also won two gold awards. The national chain pipped both Foxtons and Your Move in the Large-sized Agency Blog of the Year Award and got 65% of the public vote in the Large-sized Letting Agency Blog of the Year Award.
Competition was intense in many categories. East Sussex-based David Jordan Estate Agents won the Most Innovative Digital Campaign gold award after polling just 12% more votes than McCartan Lettings.
But McCartan Lettings did win the opportunity to appear on TV after getting 53% of the public vote to strike gold in the Small-sized Agency Blog of the Year Award.
